A few words about me

I consciously research and promote the ideology of positive and effective management. Even in times of crisis, management can be positive.

I believe that Positive Management will change the management culture in our country. There will be a new generation of CEOs who actively use personal growth technologies in team building. And management through hierarchies and stress will become uncompetitive.

Over my extensive 20 years of experience in management positions, I have many times led companies out of crisis into a sustainable development model.
